Group sessions are for 6th grade athletes and up.

During our private or group sessions, your athlete will:
- Learn the fundamentals of their position, whether it's tackling, blocking, route running, catching, or throwing
- Attack each drill with intense focus and purpose, maximizing each rep and instilling a DAWG mentality for gameday
- Build mental and physical toughness and cultivate leadership skills
- Develop discipline and a relentless work ethic that optimizes football skill learning without causing burnout
