Every athlete is individually coached to develop their skills on their own training plan, not based on the average growth curve.

Football players, or athletes wanting to become football players, looking to elevate their football skills, IQ, and mindset.

Membership for group classes are restricted to 7th grade and up. Book drop-in classes here.

Private and private group sessions, which can be booked here, are open to any age group.

Each session is an hour long. Depending on the session you book, you will be thrown into a group class with other players of various skill levels. Don’t worry, each player will be individually coached based on their own skill level, playing experience, and athletic. We aim to maximize the athletic potential of EACH player and will not allow any discouragement from coaches or other players. Failure is welcomed and encouraged as an integral part of the growth process.

For skill-based sessions, players will undergo a dynamic warmup and dive into speed, agility, or strength work for 30 minutes. Then, players will go through 30 minutes of position-based drills that instill fundamental techniques and the optimal mentality for success. Players will be pushed mentally and physically to improve on every rep based on the high standard of excellence we demand.

Cleats and water are required. Be sure to eat a small, healthy snack at least 45 minutes before sessions. 

 

We will be at facilities with fountains if you forget. Cleats are not always used as Brooks like to train barefoot often, which strengthens the foot and improves athletic performance.

If you are not satisfied, unfortunately, there are no refunds, but let us know how we can improve, and we will certainly work to change it so that you receive coaching that optimizes your athlete’s growth.
