Learn proper recovery techniques to help balance and optimize your intense training for optimal growth and performance. Includes breathwork, soft-tissue massage, ice tub therapy, and comprehensive stretching techniques with Nate Middleton.

Our process
Our scheduling system is built for your convenience.
After scheduling a free 15-minute consult to determine your training needs, you can purchase drop-in classes or a monthly membership, similar to a gym membership.
This membership allows you to book various training options that are convenient for you and help give your athletes what they need to thrive on the field.
Also, you’ll have continuous customer support through email to help you through this process.

Who is this for?

We have training options for every athlete at every level.
What can I expect during the sessions?
You can expect coaching individualized to each player’s current skill level. Our coaches are trained to ensure every athlete is encouraged and excited when they walk out of the room. Our coaches are dedicated to making sure your athletes learn to LOVE to work and have fun doing it.
Athletes will compete, learn, and grow during every session and through consistent work, they will see their progress soar.
With a focus on training the whole person, it’s more than just physical training, but also mental and spiritual. This focus on whole-person development builds stress resilience, which makes athletes hard to defeat.
Further, they will learn how to be valiant leaders capable of changing the world. Coaches will encourage athletes to lead warmups, provide examples for various movements, and encourage players who are struggling to move. This emphasis provides the perfect recipe for growth in more than just the physical realm.
What do I need to bring to sessions?
Cleats and water are required. Be sure to eat a small, healthy snack at least 45 minutes before sessions.

What if I'm not satisfied with my training?
We provide the highest level of football coaching in the country, outside of professional teams. If you are not satisfied, unfortunately, there are no refunds, but let us know how we can improve, and we will certainly work to change it so that you receive coaching that optimizes your athlete’s growth.
