    Living Abundantly

Living a healthy life isn’t about restriction, it’s about abundance.

It’s being disciplined in one area, so that you can have abundant creativity and joy and expression and in another.

When you eat foods you know aren’t good for you, you become restricted in how your body expresses itself. Instead of using that energy you just consumed for power, your body has to scramble to figure out what that molecule is, where it goes, does it need to be detoxified, are we dying, etc.

When you eat the right foods, your body becomes harmonious. It sends foods to the right places for the right purposes and everything is efficiently working in harmony so that it can provide you with BOUNDLESS energy and joy.

When you connect with friends, move often, get out in the sun, your body begins to operate more efficiently and starts to repay you with more internal joy, more creativity, better relationships, more patience, more energy.

It may take a little bit of sacrifice up front, but what is your ultimate goal?

Is it to have your taste buds temporarily satisfied, and then suffer the consequences not even 30 seconds later?

Is it to satisfy those impossible to curb cravings but then relying on stimulants and other medication to keep you going?

Or is it to be strong, independent, wholesome, authentic, healthy, and powerful so you fulfill each and every one of your responsibilities and activities throughout the day with joy, pride, and energy?

The discipline it takes to eat healthy, take care of your body, doing what needs to be done is critical for us to live an abundant life.

When you show up each day and decide to give our bodies health, we get better, stronger, happier.

YOU can live an abundant life and it starts with your health.
